Losing to Win: a program to decrease obesity which includes one hour of CrossFit three days a week plus one hour each week of special talks and coaching on nutrition and healthy lifestyle for athletes and their families. Teens will be chosen each year based on health needs to enter the program.


Losing to Win for Adults: we will challenge one adult female and one adult male who are in need of significant weight loss to workout regularly at CrossFit, to Life Coaching and Nutritional Coaching weekly and education opportunities for one year.
